Consultation Engagement Agreement
Effective May 23, 2026
Plain-English summary: This is the engagement agreement for a single 20-minute paid AI prompting strategy session. You pay $200 at checkout, book a time, and we have one 20-minute AI prompting strategy session about your AI-contract question. It does not make us your lawyers for any other matter. You can get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the session.
This Consultation Engagement Agreement (this “Agreement”) governs the 20-minute paid AI prompting strategy session that AIPromptLaw PLLC, a Texas professional limited liability company (“the Firm,” “we,” “us”) will provide to you (“Client,” “you”). By checking the consent box at Stripe Checkout and completing payment, you agree to the terms below.
This Agreement governs the consultation only. It does not establish an attorney-client relationship beyond the single 20-minute AI prompting strategy session described in Section 1.

- Strategy for prompting AI tools to draft contracts
- Red flags in an AI-generated contract Client has drafted
- Jurisdictional and enforceability considerations
- General guidance on contract terms common to small businesses
Following the session, Client will receive a brief written summary of points discussed.
This consultation does NOT include:
- Drafting any contract or document
- Reviewing or redlining any specific document Client provides
- Representation in any dispute, negotiation, litigation, or regulatory matter
- Advice on jurisdictions outside Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Texas
- Tax advice
- Any continuing attorney-client relationship beyond this single session
2. Responsible attorney
The consultation will be provided by Adam J. Doganieri, Esq., a member of AIPromptLaw PLLC. Mr. Doganieri is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Texas.
3. Fee
The fee is $200, paid in full at the time of booking via Stripe. The fee covers the single 20-minute AI prompting strategy session described in Section 1 and the brief written summary that follows.
4. Refunds and rescheduling
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: full refund, or rescheduling at no charge.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: no refund. Client may reschedule once at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- No-show: no refund and no automatic reschedule.
- If the Firm cancels or reschedules: Client receives a full refund or a rescheduled session at Client’s choice.
5. Scheduling
After payment, Client will be redirected to the Firm’s booking page to select a time. Calls are conducted via Google Meet.
6. Communications
By providing a phone number at checkout, Client consents to receive calls and text messages from the Firm related to scheduling, confirming, and conducting the consultation session. The Firm will not send marketing calls or text messages without separate consent. Standard message and data rates may apply.
7. Confidentiality
Information Client shares with the Firm during the consultation is confidential under the rules of professional conduct of the relevant state bars (Pennsylvania Rule of Professional Conduct 1.6, New Jersey Rule of Professional Conduct 1.6, and Texas Disciplinary Rule of Professional Conduct 1.05). This duty continues after the consultation ends.
8. Limitations
The Firm provides general guidance based on the facts Client shares during the session. The Firm cannot identify or address issues based on facts not disclosed. The consultation is not a substitute for full document review, drafting, or ongoing representation. No attorney-client relationship is created beyond this single consultation. If Client subsequently engages the Firm for document review, drafting, or other services, that engagement will be governed by a separate written engagement letter.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to this consultation is governed by the dispute resolution procedure set out in the AIPromptLaw Terms of Service, including informal negotiation, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Austin, Texas, the class action waiver, and the prevailing party fee-shifting provision.
10. Acceptance
By checking the consent box at Stripe Checkout and completing payment, Client confirms that:
- Client has read this Agreement.
- Client agrees to the scope, fee, and refund terms set out above.
- Client understands this consultation does not establish an attorney-client relationship for any matter other than the specific topic discussed during the 20-minute AI prompting strategy session.
